A lot of the merchandise listed in this Shop is exclusive and time- or stock-limited. Availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Some items in our catalogue are offered at a reduced price to fan club members, but any discount to which you are entitled will only be calculated when your order is received in our office and your membership can be checked. The total price indicated on the Basket page will then be reduced before your credit card is charged. This is because the membership database is not held on-line for security reasons.

If the items in the shop do not have an "Add to Cart" button next to them, the Shop has been suspended for maintenance. Please wait while this is carried out, or return soon. We apologise for the times when this happens - we always attempt to restore to Shop to full function as soon as possible (usually within 15 minutes).

If for any reason - for example, staff holidays or stock-taking - we are unable to collect orders for an extended period, the Shop will be suspended for longer. Notification of this will be on the News page of the main web site.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on the 'Add to basket' button to include them in the shopping cart. Some articles - particularly clothing and posters - have a larger image available, click on the thumbnail image to view this.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Your browser must be set to accept cookies, otherwise this Shop will not function correctly. Cookies are an important part of this site and are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Please note that a pop-up currency converter is provided on every page, but as a guideline only. Accurate exchange rates (and any applicable fees levied by your Credit Card provider) will be charged to your Credit Card when payment is taken.
Shipping And Handling Prices quoted for the individual items exclude postage costs. This is based on your preferred method of delivery, and the cost will be added to the total when you view your shopping basket on the Checkout page.
An option is offered to select 'Signed Delivery' (or 'International Signed For' if you are outside Europe - both formerly known as 'Recorded Delivery') for an additional charge and this method can be tracked. As the name implies, this service requires a signature on delivery but it also includes compensation of up to £30 for lost or damaged items.
Postage charges to certain delivery addresses - for example, HM Forces overseas - will be adjusted on receipt of the order.
Delivery Schedule We will attempt to dispatch your order - as long as your payment is accepted - within 3 working days (processing does not take place on Saturdays or Sundays) and we aim to have your order delivered as soon as possible, normally in less than 21 business days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT, where applicable, is included in the displayed prices.
Credit Card Security We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your Credit Card provider will convert the transaction to your own currency.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site or transmitted via Email.

Privacy Policy Your name, address and ordering records are held on our database in the Company Scotland office. Your credit card details are not stored. This information is used to assist us in tracing any order problems. F.I.S.H. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy Whether your order is made via the website or by telephone you are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations laid out by the Office of Fair Trading. If you cancel an order and wish to return the goods you must confirm, in writing, to us within 7 working days from the day on which the goods are received. You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to us by some form of insured, signed for carrier at your expense. On receipt of the returned items, they will be checked and tested to determine that reasonable care has been taken and then we shall credit your credit/debit card with the total amount of the original order less the carriage and the credit card surcharge. If returning items please ensure that they are packed in a secure box or bag to avoid a restocking charge. Items which are delivered to you in shrink-wrapping (i.e. CDs and DVDs) must be returned with the shrink-wrapping intact and unbroken.
Remittance Terms Cheques International Money orders and Postal Orders can be accepted in STERLING and EURO made payable to FISH INFORMATION SERVICES HADDINGTON and sent to our office address with a copy of your order. GOODS WILL ONLY BE DESPATCHED WHEN FUNDS HAVE CLEARED.
